I Can Pay The Franchise Fee
If you open a Franchise in my shopping center I will pay up to $30,000 to pay for the franchise fee. This is the fee the franchisor will charge you in order to obtain the rights to operate the franchise.
I can Pay The Build Out Costs
If you decide to open a non franchise business I can pay the build out costs up to $25,000. Depending on the business you plan to open this could cover the full cost of the build out.
I Can Pay You A $2,500 Referral Fee
If you know anyone that would like to open a franchise or non franchise business, send me their contact information. If they end up leasing space in my center, I can pay you a $2,500 referral fee.
